Refreshed the face of a precinct being repurposed for mixed-use commerce and entertainment, creating a place where dining and play, art and entertainment, working and recharging can coexist.

With strong architectural vibes, the black and white signature draws on the heritage bungalows and their striped Venetian porch blinds.
